Diamond Auto Glass warrants installation of new automotive glass to be free from defects in material and

Workmanship upon delivery, subject to the Limited Warranty. Any problems caused by installation error, such as

Wind and water leaks, loose moldings and some types of stress cracks, will, at the option of Diamond Auto Glass, be repaired or replaced at no cost to you. This Limited Warranty is valid as long as you own the vehicle with our windshield installed.

To make a claim under this Limited Warranty, you must present this invoice as proof of repair or replacement

by Diamond Auto Glass. If Diamond Auto Glass has made chip repairs to your automotive glass within the warranty period and you are not satisfied with such repair, Diamond Auto Glass will credit the cost of the chip repair toward replacement of the glass by Diamond Auto Glass. In the event you request a repair of a rock chip or other damage caused by impact with foreign objects or by vandalism, you agree that Diamond Auto Glass shall not be responsible for possible breakage that could occur in attempting such repairs. THIS LIMITED WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER leakage or stress cracks caused by preexisting rust, structural damage, or other un-repairable damage caused by vandalism or impact with foreign objects or aftermarket parts. Additionally Diamond Auto Glass Cannot and will not be held responsible for potential damage or removal/ re-installation of items installed on your Automobile such as and not limited to: Satellite antennas, Lund products, camper shells, car alarms, car alarm antennas, sun shades, dash covers, window tint, CB radio antennas, and any other non Factory vehicle items.

REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT OF YOUR WINDSHIELD AS PROVIDED UNDER THIS LIMITED

WARRANTY IS YOUR EXCLUSIVE REMEDY. THIS LIMITED WARRANTY IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, STATUTORY OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, WARRANTIES

OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR PARTICULAR USE. Diamond Auto Glass makes no

Other warranties of any kind and any repair or attempt to repair the automotive glass installed by anyone other than

Diamond Auto Glass automatically voids this Limited Warranty. Any oral or written statement concerning the

Automotive glass installed inconsistent with this Limited Warranty shall be of no force or effect.

If your check is dishonored or returned for any reason, this merchant will electronically Debit your account for the amount of the check plus a processing fee of $35.00 (or legal limit) plus any applicable Sales tax.
