| OUTSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE
Diamond Auto Glass seeks energetic, goal oriented individuals who enjoy an outside environment, talking to people, ability to work 3 to 5 hour shifts, and the opportunity to earn high income.
Job Description: Secure appointments for windshield and other auto glass replacement by direct marketing to consumers.
Qualifications: Must show a willingness to work and earn based on your ability to achieve. Must possess a clean and pleasant appearance. Must be willing and able to take instruction and direction, work well with others, and maintain a positive attitude. Must be professional and well spoken with the public. Transportation preferred but not necessary.
Those with previous sales experience, particularly in outside sales are encouraged to apply.
Compensation: Commissions ($450 - $1000+/wk) DOE

| INSTALLER
Diamond Auto Glass seeks professional and experienced auto glass installer(s).
Job Description: Perform mobile installation of auto glass service to Diamond Auto Glass customers.
Qualifications: Must show a history of quality and efficient auto glass service in the Arizona market or equivalent. Must be certified or complete certification (provided) of Sika urethane and primer applications. Must be able to take direction. Must be able to present oneself in a professional manner with customers; including good problem solving and communication skills. MUST BE PUNCTUAL, RELIABLE, AND DEPENDABLE. Must have a common knowledge of the valley's street system and/or utilize a qualified street guide for efficiency in the field. Must be well organized. Transportation a plus. Must provide references.

| CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
Diamond Auto Glass is currently seeking customer cervice and office oriented individual for a full time position in our fast paced service center. Our Customer Service Representatives serve as the primary contact between the local market and Diamond Auto Glass customers.
Job Description: (May Vary By Position)
- Utilizes knowledge of AZ to schedule customers in any of our coverage areas state-wide
- Handles incoming customer calls: Appointment setting, customer service issues, warranties, commercial, price quotes from agents and adjusters, motor home jobs, side mirror jobs, job status inquiries
- Performs coverage verification for work orders
- Performs appointment confirmation calls
- Performs customer call aheads
- Performs customer courtesy call backs
- Processes credit memos, rebills, and unbillables
- Maintains daily store files (time records, work orders, inventory documents)
- Reviews referral W/O's
- Handles rescheduling and pending work orders
- Assists Account Managers in setting up and servicing accounts
Qualifications:
- Experience and knowledge of the Phoenix, Prescott, and Flagstaff area; as well as the auto glass industry highly desired
- Must have a great attitude
- Must be drug free
- Year around work
- Bilingual a plus
